Our sister factory of fiber products was esablished in May 2015. We produce POY, DTY, fiber sticks, fiber wicks, and fiber pen nibs etc. in this factory. With the production capacity of 2 factories (Hollia & Yaxian), we are able to produce the whole supply chain of synthetic fiber diffuser sticks from chips to the final products.
Our monthly production capacity of synthetic fiber diffuser sticks is 20 millions pcs or 2 million bundles.

With the application of detailed quality control plans, we control the quality from the beginning to the end. The whole quality system including,
- IQC: the quality inspection of every batch of incoming materials
- IPQC: process quality control & inspection for every production step
- FQC: final quality inspection of each shipment
Our QCs carry out regular inspections with detailed and strict internal standards.

We produce from chips, which means we produce the whole supply chain including POY, DTY, long sticks by ourself. Therefore we are able to exactly control the stable quality from the very beginning.

It is because of the capillary action rattan diffuser sticks and synthetic fiber diffuser sticks could absorb the diffuser liquids.
According to capillary action,
(a) Capillary action depends on the radius of a tube. The smaller the tube, the greater the height reached. The height is negligible for large-radius tubes. (b) A denser fluid in the same tube rises to a smaller height, all other factors being the same. |
Rattan diffuser sticks absorb the diffuser liquids through the vascular pipes; synthetic fiber diffuser sticks absorb the diffuser liquids through the gaps between one piece polyester filament and another piece polyester filament.

There are 40 - 80 vascular pipes in one piece rattan diffuser sticks with specification 3mm 20cm (quality grade AA Indonesia rattan), and each vascular pipe is a capillary channel; there are more than 10,000 pcs polyester filaments in one piece synthetic fiber diffuser sticks with specification 3mm 20cm (density 0.60g/cm3), and each gap between two pcs polyester filaments becomes a capillary channel. Therefore, the conclusions as below,
With the same diameter and the same length:
1) The capillary channels of 1piece rattan diffuser stick are much larger diameter than the capillary channels of 1 piece synthetic fiber diffuser stick;
2) The qty of capillary channels in 1 piece synthetic fibre diffuser stick is much bigger than the qty of capillary channels in 1 piece rattan diffuser stick.
We have been making many tests for years to test the diffusing performance of these 2 different materials in different diffuser liquids, and finally we found that,
1) Rattan diffuser sticks are suitable for oil base diffuser liquids especially high density oil base diffuser liquids; synthetic fiber diffuser sticks are suitable for most diffuser liquids including oil base diffuser liquids, alcohol base diffuser liquids and water base diffuser liquids;
2) It is difficult for rattan diffuser sticks to absorb pure water, but it is quite easy for synthetic fiber diffuser sticks to absorb pure water; the reason is, the radius of "capillary tubes" in synthetic fiber diffuser sticks is much smaller;
3) The diffusing performance of synthetic fiber diffuser sticks is much better (faster) than rattan diffuser sticks in most diffuser liquids;
4) The lower density rattan diffuser sticks are, the better diffusing performance there will be, but there is a lower limit; the higher density synthetic fiber diffuser sticks are, the better diffusing performance there will be, but there is a upper limit. |

We produce from the chips, so we are able to produce the colors from POY with color master batch, to get extremly high color uniformity and fastness.
We are able to produce the colors according to color samples or just a Pantone color number.
